We are making preparations for the 2023 season, which promises to be as exciting as ever!

The league will consist of five teams - Ladner Pioneers, Nanaimo Timbermen, New Westminster Salmonbellies, North Shore Indians and Victoria Shamrocks. The Langley Warriors have officially folded and the Port Coquitlam Saints are taking a one-year leave.
